Due to the custom nature of our Photo to Custom Wool Felted pet replicas, please allow time for us to personalize and produce your order after it is placed.
Shipping Times

Within the U.S.: Orders typically arrive within 3-4 weeks. Please note that during holiday periods, shipping times may extend up to 4 weeks.

UK, Australia, Canada, & Europe: Orders are estimated to arrive within 4-5 weeks from the purchase date. During peak holiday seasons, shipping times may extend to 6 weeks.
Shipping Costs

Free Global Shipping: All orders over $200 qualify for free shipping worldwide.

U.S. Orders Under $200: A flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies.

International Orders Under $300: A flat rate shipping fee of $25 applies for Canada, the UK, Australia, and select European countries.
Important Notes

Address Changes: Any updates to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please check your confirmation email and contact us immediately if you need to make a change.

Photo Submissions: We cannot accommodate requests to swap or edit photos that were previously submitted with your order.

Military Addresses: We are unable to ship to military addresses. If a military address is provided at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the shipping cost to the new address differs from your original charge, we will invoice you for the difference and proceed with your order once the invoice is paid.
