Refund Policy
At Felted by Sophia, we are committed to delivering the best possible customer experience. Given the personalized nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds once an order has been initiated.
If you receive the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or if your item is damaged during shipping, we will gladly provide a replacement. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order in these cases.
For recent orders, you can cancel or modify your request within 6 hours. After this period, cancellation or change requests will be considered at our discretion, as our artists may begin work immediately after your order is placed.
When creating your artwork, we utilize the photo you uploaded with your order. If you do not follow our photography guidelines, we will not be able to provide a solution. It’s your responsibility to submit a high-quality photo that meets our submission standards. Low-resolution images will result in less satisfactory artwork. You are welcome to include notes with your order if you have any specific requests.
